Pennington Utility Construction, LLC was founded in 2016. Our company is based out of Euless, Texas, working all throughout the DFW metroplex. We specialize in underground wet utilities; installing water, sewer and storm systems. Also, we excel in other various aspects in the field, such as excavation, trenching and many more.

Meet Jeff Maddox
Owner
Jeff Maddox is the founder and co-owner of Pennington Utility Construction, LLC. Jeff joined the Marine Corps straight out of high school. After, he decided to enroll into college, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
Jeff began his career in the wet utilities industry through college. He enjoyed the industry so much that in January 2016 he decided to start his own utility company, Pennington Utility Construction, LLC.
